A shaved person has their hair cut very short, almost or completely removed.

When someone says they've been shaved, they usually mean that they got a haircut where the barber used clippers to buzz off all or most of their facial hair. It's not uncommon for guys to shave every few days, but if they say they've just been shaved, it means they went in for a professional cut. Shaved can also be applied to other body parts like arms and legs if someone gets a close shave with clippers instead of a razor.
