A Peruvian is someone from Peru, which is a country in South America. It can also refer to something or someone related to Peru.
When we talk about things being Peruvian, we often mean they come from there or have something to do with the culture or traditions of that country. You might see people eating Peruvian food at restaurants or wearing traditional Peruvian clothing, like a colorful poncho or a fancy hat called a chullo. Some people visit Peru on vacation and come back with stories about the amazing Inca ruins they saw, so we say those are their "Peruvian adventures." If you're reading a book that's set in Lima, the capital city of Peru, it might be described as a Peruvian novel or story.
