Judgmental people are those who easily form opinions and pass judgments about others without really trying to understand their situations or perspectives.

When we say someone is being judgmental, it usually means they're quickly jumping to conclusions and criticizing others for things that might not be as bad as they seem. They might make assumptions based on what little information they have, and then use that to judge someone's character or actions. For example, a friend might say "I'm so frustrated with my sister, she's always judging me for the way I dress." In this case, it sounds like her sister is making snap judgments about her without really understanding why she dresses in certain ways.
