A forensic expert is someone who helps solve crimes by examining clues and evidence.

You might hear about forensic science or experts in the news when there's a big crime story. They are often called upon to analyze DNA, fingerprints, or other physical evidence found at a crime scene. Their job is to take these tiny details and use them to help figure out what happened. In some cases, they can even recreate crimes using special computer software.
