An endurance test is when someone pushes through pain or difficulty for a long time. It's like running a marathon and not giving up.

Endurance is one of those words that we use all the time, but often without thinking about it much. We talk about people with great physical endurance who can run for hours, but it's also about mental toughness - being able to keep going through hard times. When someone says they're going through a tough breakup or financial struggle and still gets up every morning, we might say that shows real endurance. It's also used in sports, like when an athlete wins a big tournament after pushing themselves to their limits. The word doesn't just apply to humans - animals can show great endurance too, like a dog that keeps going on long hikes despite the heat.
